The Royal Academy of Music, Aarhus – Associate Professor
Bebiane Bøje dedicated her career to the exploration and development of vocal concepts, combining her expertise in vocal design with her experience as a professional singer, artist, and associate professor at The Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus.
Rooted in both Danish and Greenlandic heritage, Bebiane’s artistic expression is inspired by the elemental forces of nature—rock, water, ice, and the ever-present aurora of Greenland.
With an extensive career, she has made a lasting impact on vocal educators, students, and artistic collaborators around the world. Her work spans vocal design, advanced vocal techniques, and co-authorship of the 2014 research analysis “Vocal Teacher Terminology.” She continues to lead masterclasses and workshops globally.
In 2024, her lifelong creative research culminated in the launch of “Explore Your Voice”—a dynamic and comprehensive toolbox designed for both individual and collaborative musical creation. This work synthesizes her cultural roots, artistic journey, and forward-looking innovation into a transformative resource for vocal artistry.
